Who we are

What we store

• Your email address, and the area you chose (if any).
• When you signed up, confirmed or unsubscribed.
• The ad or link you came from (utm tags in the address bar).
• A log of the emails we sent you (sent or failed). Nothing about opens or clicks.

Why

Only to send you Shway Dubai, which you asked for with a double opt-in. We do not sell or rent your address.

No tracking in our emails

Our emails have no tracking pixels and no tracked links. We do not know if you open them.

Ads

When you confirm your signup, our server tells Meta (Facebook, Instagram) that one signup happened, so our ads reach people like you. Meta gets a one-way hash of your email address, the IP address and the browser name of that request. Our website has no Meta pixel and no cookies for ads.

Who processes data for us

• Cloudflare (website, database, email sending).
• Meta Platforms (signup signal, see above).

Your rights

Unsubscribe with the link in every email. To see or delete your data, write to hello@theshway.com. We reply within 30 days.
